The recruitment process was a part of CCG’s University Roadshow, taking place every Spring and Fall semester at leading universities across the southeast.

Visit us on Jan 30th and 31st at the University of Florida Heavener Hall Career Week! CCG's Information session is in on Jan 31st at 10:40am in Heavener Hall for Business students and at 11:30am in Bryan Hall for all other majors.

The Boot Camp courses are taught by top leadership at CCG and exposes the newcomers to both technical trainings and soft skills development. Boot Camp also serves as a transition for newer consultants to learn about BI utility in various industries and choose an area of focus.

Meet the Consultants

Peter Duong Peter Duong joins CCG with his Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida. Peter’s knowledge in industry solutions is quite diverse; between his undergraduate and graduate career he served in Marketing, Operations, and IT roles at various companies. His strength in designing workflows and databases proved him well when starting his own apparel company, TextTees Custom Apparel, in 2015 when Peter was just in his young twenties. The graduate recently served as a college advisor for Apple and aspires to provide business value and fulfill client needs with his strong background in retail and customer service.

“Peter’s beginning-to-end knowledge in business operations and advertising set him apart (in the interview process), he ran two startup companies before graduating with a Master’s degree” – Devon Reddick, Talent Acquisition Specialist, CCG

John Merryman John Merryman is a current student at the University of South Florida, studying his final semester for a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. While he may still be a student, he is no novice in the world of data and analytics. John previously served as an Industrial Engineering intern at Customer Service, where he provided data analysis on mail logistics and best practices around operational work standards. John also brings with him first hand expertise in the retail industry from his time as a Sr. Sales Associate at the Sports Authority.

“John’s outgoing personality made him positively unforgettable” – Devon Reddick

Henry StaleyComing from a family of consultants, Henry Staley was destined to join a consultancy after graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering/Statistics from the University of Florida. Prior to joining CCG, Henry interned with two logistics companies, FedEx Services and Corporate Traffic, Inc. As a Business Analyst Intern and Information Technology Intern, Henry developed detailed web applications to streamline automated operations and customer-facing applications. His interest in Advanced Analytics and his history with web development are already proving valuable for Henry in his career at CCG.

“With a rich background in IT and in carrying himself so professionally, it was shocking to discover he was a recent graduate” – Devon Reddick
