Talent Acquisition Specialist

CCG is seeking a GREAT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Operations Team at our company headquarters in Tampa, FL.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CCG you will work directly with our Talent Acquisition Manager and other CCGers to identify, build relationships with and hire GREAT people to join the CCG team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an ambassador of CCG’s culture and core values, both internally within CCG and externally in the market
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by taking the time to understand your candidates, setting clear expectations and consistently providing some form of closure
  • Source passive candidates through your LinkedIn network, a LinkedIn Recruiter account, employee referrals, local networking events, career fairs and social media sites
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand business drivers and the recruiting need, making recommendations as necessary
  • Extend offers to candidates and negotiate on behalf of hiring managers with assistance as needed
  • Coordinate and effectively prepare candidates and interviewers for upcoming interviews
  • Facilitate timely interview debriefs with hiring managers and capture feedback within CCG’s task management tool
  • Track data on specific KPIs for Talent Acquisition SLA and reporting needs

Qualifications and Skills

  • The ideal candidate has 1+ years of IT recruiting experience in an agency environment and possesses a documented history of recruiting success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates at multiple stages of the req to hire process simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a client organization
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, LeanKit, MS Teams, etc.) are a plus

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
