As a Sr. Program Manager at CCG you will work closely with our clients and other CCGers to guide the planning, development, delivery, adoption and sustainment of various types of Data & Analytics solutions. You will partner with CCG Solution leaders to leverage their understanding of business, product development and solution delivery to guide our project and product development teams through successful delivery of solutions that maximize business value and delight our customers.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing product development and/or delivery of projects or programs
  • 10+ years of consulting experience (custom software and/or data and analytics industry preferred)
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to establish and maintain credibility
  • Expertise in leveraging multiple delivery frameworks to meet the client’s and project’s needs (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean/Waterfall)
  • Demonstrated experience forming cohesive and high performing delivery teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to establish and maintain credibility
  • Competent in building deep and broad relationships with key decision makers both internally (delivery and account management) and externally (client)
  • Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, and senior-level customers
  • Experience leveraging product and project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, MS Project, Azure DevOps
  • Detail oriented with strong prioritization, time management and organization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization – strong presentation skills are a must
  • Experience acting as overall client liaison as part of the project team on large-scale, complex, and business critical data and analytics initiatives
  • Ability to act as point of escalation for senior clients to ensure project success and customer expansion
  • Passion for helping clients drive adherence to OCM methodologies to become “change-ready” organizations

Preferred Skills:

  • Superb leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence while removing obstacles and barriers to achieving success
  • Highly analytical with the ability to quickly assess situations and make solid decisions to drive the project forward
  • Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience
  • Experience managing “as a Service” solutions
  • Education/Retail/Customer analytics experience
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion/independent judgement with respect to matters of significance

Preferred Certifications:

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP or PMI-ACP)
  • Agile or Scrum certification such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Kanban, or equivalent
  • OCM Certification (Prosci, CCMP, CMS, AIM)

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems Management, or related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems or related field is preferred
