Senior Business Analyst

As a CCG Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with CCG clients to understand and influence their analytics needs and use the latest tools to develop compelling data visualizations and analytics that drive their business decision making.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience as an analyst in a BI and/or data warehousing environment
  • Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
  • Ability to build a product backlog starting at the epic and feature level by balancing stakeholder needs with technical complexity
  • Experience crafting clear user stories with acceptance criteria for telling to help with Quality Assurance.
  • Positive and approachable personality with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working with remote employees and technology in collaborative sessions
  • Strongly collaborate with the delivery teams to create estimates and understand client needs
  • Partner with Delivery Lead and Account Manager counterparts to ensure functional requirements deliver objectives defined in the SOW

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience working in a consultative environment (either for a consulting firm, or a line of business serving as an internal consulting function)
  • Experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and using JIRA or other tools that support requirements for agile frameworks
  • Experience in retail, financial services, or education industries
  • IIBA or PMI-PBA or equivalent certification[LR3] 
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Certification
  • Experience managing project
