CCG Senior Account Executives collaborate with our Solution Engineers and Practice Directors to execute upon outbound sales strategies, with the end goal of getting our best a brightest in the room with clients to present our industry leading solutions and services.

The ideal candidate loves talking with people and evangelizing transformational technology that can optimize the way that our clients leverage their data.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute your personal business plan to build a client portfolio.
  • Generate pipeline with ABM prospecting techniques to Target Account list.
  • Leverage and create VP and C-Level buyer relationships for strategic selling.
  • Follow-up with prospects with the objective of moving discussions to proposals and then to contract.
  • Utilize buying committee account strategies in the selling process.
  • Position solutions in the context of a customer’s business objectives.
  • Map technology solutions to value levers and identify key operational metrics.
  • Grow revenue in newly acquired customers by expanding our offerings in collaboration with Delivery Leadership.
  • Understand and adapt to changing analytics solutions and technology developments.
  • Identify high impact opportunities with clear recommendations to lead our team’s solutioning and proposals.
  • Exhibit operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building healthy pipeline, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration.
  • Develop and execute geographic penetration sales strategies.
  • Serve as a consultative sales leader; participate in high level solutioning to steer clients to our correct offering mix.
  • Leverage personal experience, market research and internal SMEs to serve as a trusted advisor to client in their industry.
  • Schedule, orchestrate and lead client interactions (meetings, workshops) throughout the sales process.

Professional Qualifications

  • Experienced. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales success in the following areas: solutions sales, software sales, PaaS/SaaS/IaaS sales, with a high preference towards candidates with Analytics, Business Intelligence and Cloud selling experience. Business development experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem is also preferred.
  • Excellent Communicator. Clear communication, with a strength in taking a complex piece of analysis and translating that into a story that compels action, is a must.
  • Performer. Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations and has the ability, characteristics, and determination to compete effectively against competition.
  • Collaborative.  Proven experience collaborating directly with client stakeholders spanning IT and Business. Work cohesively with members of the Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Product organizations to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Growth Mindset. A continuous learner willing to stay ahead of technology trends and consistently hone their sales techniques.

Sales Qualifications

  • Amazing Salesperson. Exhibits operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building healthy pipeline, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration.
  • Detail Oriented. Places high value on operational excellence and data quality in CRM, ideally Salesforce.com.
  • Overachiever. Exceeds sales goals in an assigned sales territory/vertical.
  • Leader. Demonstrated sales and/or partner management experience.
  • Technique. Foundational knowledge and/or experience with complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, Sandler, Pragmatic etc.) and sales methodologies.
  • Competitor. Enjoys competing and doesn’t shy away from challenges.
  • Influential. Experience delivering persuasive presentations to business decision makers.
  • Educated. BS/BA degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
