Summary

CCG Sales Development Representatives work with our Solution Engineers and Practice Directors to execute upon outbound sales strategies, with the end goal of getting our best a brightest in the room with clients to present our industry leading solutions and services.

The ideal candidate loves talking with people and evangelizing transformational technology that can optimize the way that our clients leverage their data.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, markets and sells to their assigned customers/markets/industries.
  • Appointment setting/pursuit creation through outbound calling and through qualified leads generated by our lead generation team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of CCG’s solutions and product offerings and value they bring to our clients.
  • Be a true "student of the game" and subject matter expert around cutting-edge data analytics technology, and the pain points of CCG’s customers.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly leads, meetings and pursuits goals.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the CCG sales processes and display diligence maintaining CRM hygiene.

Professional Qualifications

  • Experienced. 1-5 years of proven sales success in the following areas: solutions sales, software sales, PaaS/SaaS/IaaS sales, Technology Staffing Sales or similar.
  • Excellent Communicator. Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Performer. Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations and has the ability, characteristics, and determination to compete effectively against competition.
  • Collaborative. Work cohesively with members of the Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Product organizations to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Growth Mindset. A continuous learner willing to stay ahead of technology trends and consistently hone their sales techniques. 

Sales Qualifications

  • Amazing Salesperson. Exhibits operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building healthy pipeline, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration
  • Overachiever. Exceeds sales goals in an assigned sales territory.
  • Leader. Demonstrated sales and/or partner management experience.
  • Technique. Foundational knowledge and/or experience with complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, Sandler, Pragmatic etc.) and sales methodologies.
  • Competitor. Enjoys competing and doesn’t shy away from challenges.
  • Influential. Experience delivering persuasive presentations to business decision makers. 
  • Educated. BS/BA degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
