Lead Development Representative

Duties will Include:

  • Outbound calling into prospects to pitch CCG’s services, campaign planning and analysis, as well as account research
  • Qualifying marketing qualified leads that enter our marketing pipeline
  • Prospect into target accounts through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, achieving 40-50 dials a day into your account list
  • Gathering information about potential clients, including details about key stakeholders, technology needs and technology goals.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Enter applicable data into CRM database
  • Achieve monthly lead quota


  • BS/BA degree
  • Results-oriented demeanor
  • Previous tele sales experience with a high outbound call volume would be a plus
  • Previous technology or consulting experience would be a plus
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
