Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Location: Tampa, FL

CCG is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to build, run and scale our demand generation program. This position will report to the head of marketing and will be responsible for creating impactful lead generation campaigns, nurture programs, optimizing funnel conversion and working with the brand and digital marketing manager to on digital programs including SEM, paid social and SEO. This role will work closely with the product and services teams to develop the content and lead generation strategy to drive prospect and customer engagement for our products and solutions. This role will also partner with sales operations and sales leadership to ensure optimal lead conversion, which will lead to pipeline and revenue for CCG.

The role involves designing and developing integrated marketing plans across all facets of acquisition and retention marketing including: online and offline campaigns, events, digital marketing, content syndication, marketing automation, product launches and associated analytics. Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing’s contribution to revenue.  This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, demand generation, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise with an overarching focus on revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build a demand generation program while having the tactical expertise to put the program into action.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated, multi-channel B2B demand generation plan that drives top of funnel leads
  • Monitor and improve lead scoring models and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates and overall lead quality
  • Collaborate with product teams to help inform content strategy, develop campaign specific messaging and align demand generation programs with ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the creation and execution of Account Based Marketing programs into targeted accounts
  • Evaluate and improve the marketing automation process
  • Develop nurture marketing programs to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver analytics that report on marketing effectiveness, conversion rates, cost per lead and more
  • Constantly analyze and improve the quality of campaigns, acting on weak areas, optimizing strengths, measuring and controlling ROI based on actual costs and performance results

Criteria for selection include, but are not limited to:

  • 7+ years related marketing experience, preferably in technology marketing, BI, IT or related technologies
  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Experience managing the creation and execution of effective direct marketing programs
  • Expert knowledge of sales process and marketing to sales hand-offs
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and marketing automation systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly collaborative and able to work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines in a high growth, fast-paced environment
