Woody Walker

SVP, Alliance and Sales Operations

Woody Walker is the Senior Vice President of Alliances and Sales Operations, leading the relationship between our largest strategic partners and overseeing Sales Operations. She brings over 25 years of management, consulting, and information technology delivery expertise to her role. Woody also directly serves CCG's clients through account management and sales enablement activities to ensure the success of our clients.

Woody began her career at Halifax Health where she was the Director of IT and oversaw the 80-person IT department for infrastructure, security, data center, applications and the PMO departments. At Halifax Health, Woody had had the opportunity to work closely with the C-Level Suite to change how patients received care and how physicians tracked patient records.  She then went on to IT consulting at CIBER Consulting where she held various senior roles ranging from the Global PMO Director for the 6,000-person company to overseeing a $100 million P&L as the Practice Director for the PMO and PM Practice.  In her last role, prior to coming to CCG, Woody oversaw professional services for Hexagon PPM where she oversaw project delivery, matured the delivery organization and managed strategic partnerships.

Woody’s passion lies in education. In addition to mentoring CCGers, Woody also mentors for the University of Central Florida and the Project Management Institute. Woody founded a STEM scholarship at UCF to ensure women had the same opportunity as men to get into the IT field and is intimately involved with students at the college. Woody is also involved in the community with Athena Next-Gen, the Project Management Institute, Leadership Orlando and the UCF Alumni Board. To learn more about CCG's Alliances, click here

Dan Rodriguez

EVP of Analytics & Business Solutions

Dan Rodriguez is the Executive Vice President of Business Solutions and Founding Partner of CCG. Dan leads the most creative department at CCG, responsible for the ideation and innovation of new cloud-based business solutions. Dan leads a team of product owners, engineers and industry subject-matter experts who work with modern technologies to drive business value and meet market demand through the strategic and operational use of data and analytics.

Dan began his information technology consulting career over 20 years ago in Arthur Anderson’s Advanced Technology Group, where he met his four future CCG owners. When Arthur Anderson closed in the early 2000's, Dan was supporting an B2C/B2B eCommerce project in Amsterdam for CCG’s first client, Wavin B.V., jump-starting his career long interest in supply chain and consumer marketing analytics. Dan returned stateside to support the launch of CCG, where he oversaw Business Intelligence and Analytics services. In 2016, Dan developed the Business Solutions Group at CCG, leveraging industry knowledge and data analytics delivery expertise to develop CCG's first solution, AVR. The success of AVR served as a springboard, funding the future development of consumer analytics and retail operations focused cloud data solutions.  

In his tenure, Dan has served in an abundance of roles, consulting on data strategy, data literacy, data culture, operational and analytical reporting, performance management, cloud enablement, visual story telling and advanced analytics. Dan's passion is helping organizations to navigate digital transformation while making data and analytics a pervasive part of their performance and culture . Sam Powell

EVP of Operations

A transformational executive with a knack for strategic decision making and talent development, Sam Powell serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and is one of CCG’s original founders. Sam is responsible for both People Operations and Business Operations at the firm, which includes Talent Acquisition, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Training, and Professional Development. Sam prides himself in leading a team of highly engaged CCGers whose mission is to “find, grow, and keep” top tier talent through various recruitment strategies, professional development initiatives and employee engagement programs.

As a veteran of the United States Army, Sam brings a passionate and disciplined leadership style to CCG's Executive Team. Sam transitioned from active service into a Business Consulting career at Arthur Anderson. Over the course of Sam's consulting career, he gained experience and knowledge across a diverse portfolio of technologies, industries, and business best practices. Sam's experience managing complex business consulting projects across various lines of business, combined with his passion for growing the potential of others, made him invaluable to CCG's founding in 2002. While Sam has always had a hand in operations at CCG, he formally took over leadership of CCG’s Operations in 2011.

Brian Rimes

Chief Revenue Officer

Passionate, dedicated, and ever enthusiastic, Brian Rimes serves as the leader in transformative growth at CCG, acting as the Chief Revenue Officer and participating on the Board as a Founding Owner. As the CRO, Brian manages the entire revenue life-cycle for the organization, including Business Development, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships, overseeing every stage of the sales process from demand generation through client experiences. Brian is most known by his peers for his motivating spirit and inspiring energy that fosters a collaborative and consultative culture among the business development team. 

Brian has worked in the data consulting industry for over 20 years, with roles ranging from early web development consulting at Arthur Andersen to strategic digital transformation consulting at CCG. Thanks to Brian's deep understanding of the political realm and the needs of government agencies, Brian is directly responsible for landing CCG's first ever cloud management client, the Republican Party of Florida, and can be credited for nearly all of the data & analytics business that has come since. Over his years, Brian has built out the sales and marketing engine at CCG and matured CCG's Microsoft Gold Partnership in Data & AI. 

Under Brian's leadership, the company has continued to see tremendous growth, being named in the Inc. 5000 for nine years running and recognized annually as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the state of Florida. In addition to Brian's efforts to expand the CCG footprint, Brian is dedicated to growing a thriving technology ecosystem in Tampa Bay, serving on multiple community non-profits, including the Tampa Bay Tech Board. CCG started with five consultants, all with Big-Five consulting experience, who bonded while working together on a project for Arthur Anderson. The Enron scandal presented these men with a choice--fold into the acquiring firm of KPMG or risk their careers and take control of their own destiny. Their decision created CCG.

The strong relationships created at Arthur Anderson allowed CCG to thrive for years on referrals alone. Our focus at this time was to deliver successful outcomes to our large corporate clients.

At this time we picked up a few key clients, hired on more employees and opened our first office in Tampa. CCG quickly went from being a group of five guys into a stable, vendor agnostic organization.

CCG opened its headquarters.

CCG opened its beautiful headquarters in Rocky Point, Tampa, which serves as a central hub for our culture and attracts talent from all over the country. We also continue to expand into other parts of Florida, including Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Tallahassee.

CCG recently opened an office in Atlanta, and continue to expand in the Southeast region. We are laser-focused on helping our clients improve business efficiency through the use of analytics and data, and take pride in being the best at what we do.
